Add a real handwritten signature to your emails

A handwritten signature at the end of an email feels personal and professional. Create one here in seconds, download it as a transparent PNG, and add it to Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail.

How to create your email signature

  1. Draw your signature with a mouse, trackpad or finger, or type your name and choose a handwriting font.
  2. Pick a color. Dark blue or black works best in emails.
  3. Download the transparent PNG.
  4. Add it to your email client as an image (see below).

Add it to Gmail

Open Settings > See all settings > General > Signature, create a new signature, click the image icon and insert your PNG. Gmail needs the image hosted online (for example in Google Drive) or pasted directly.

Add it to Outlook

Open Settings > Mail > Compose and reply, click the image icon in the signature editor and upload your PNG.

Tips for a clean email signature

  • Keep it small: about 200–300 px wide looks right in most inboxes.
  • Use a transparent background so it works in dark mode.
